Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position

Job Description

This role requires an individual with at least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is preferred. The candidate must hold a current and active California license.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) preferred
• Active California license required

Schedule

This is a day shift position with guaranteed hours of 38 per week.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
