Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), every other weekend required, with block scheduling.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide comprehensive respiratory care, including floor care, emergency response, and rapid response team duties. The position requires a Washington state license and is open to first-time travelers.

Responsibilities

• Administer aerosol therapy and manage ventilators.
• Perform tracheostomy care and management.
• Respond to codes and participate in rapid response activities.
• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and manage emergency respiratory treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid WA or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in a Level I or II trauma center is preferred.
