Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to provide high-quality care in a Long Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting. The role involves working with patients to assess their physical condition and develop effective treatment plans to enhance mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patients’ progress.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in an LTACH or similar setting is preferred, but not required.
