Day Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM, with weekend rotation required.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team at a new rehabilitation unit, providing essential therapy services to patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will be a vital part of the care team, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement therapeutic modalities and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and treatment plans.
• Assist with patient transfers and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred, with ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
