Job Description

The Employee Health RN will be responsible for providing preventative health education, wellness promotion, employee health assessments, and treatment in accordance with established policies. The role includes managing employee health records and overseeing leave and case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative health education and wellness promotion.
• Perform employee health assessments and provide treatment per policy.
• Maintain and manage employee health records.
• Oversee leave and case management, including Workers' Compensation claims management and disability benefits administration.
• Communicate employee status and return-to-work updates.
• Participate in Workers' Comp and safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• 3+ years of acute care experience; occupational health experience preferred.
• Experience in Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and Disability case management.
