LTC RN - Night and Day Shifts Available

4x12-hour shifts - Variable (Traveler's choice for 3x12 or 4x12). Shifts will be either Days or Nights based on facility needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LTC RN to provide high-quality care in our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience and must possess a valid Alaska RN license prior to starting. The RN will work within a patient ratio of 1:20 and will be expected to perform various nursing duties, including but not limited to medication administration, care planning, and working with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to facility policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient status and report any concerns to the healthcare team
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records in the charting system
• Collaborate with social services and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a Long Term Care setting
• Current BLS certification
• Valid Alaska RN license (must be in hand before start date)
• Alaska Food Worker Certification (to be obtained during on-site orientation)
