ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, MS/Tele (Day Shift) in Columbia, South Carolina.

Schedule/Shift

Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30), weekends supported by rotation among staff members.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care to adult and geriatric patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, focusing on medical-surgical telemetry. Responsibilities include complex wound care, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, and tracheostomy care/management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in coordination with interdisciplinary support including therapy, respiratory services, and social services.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly and provide timely documentation using the Epic EMR system.
• Participate in weekend calls and support staffing adjustments as needed based on patient census.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Experience with charting in the Community Hospital setting.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification required.
• LTAC experience preferred.
