ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, LTAC MS/Tele (Day Shift) in Columbia, South Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires a Day Shift working 36 or 48 hours per week. Weekend coverage will be supported by a rotating on-call schedule among 6 to 8 staff members.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting focusing on Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patient care. Responsibilities include managing complex wound care, interpreting dysrhythmias, and providing tracheostomy care. Knowledge of EPIC EMR is expected. The patient population consists of adults and geriatrics, with an average daily census of 15 patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC patients.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and dysrhythmias.
• Administer medications and manage complex wound care.
• Conduct tracheostomy care and management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams including Physical Therapy and Respiratory Services.

Required Experience

• 1 year of LTAC experience preferred.
• Charge experience is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
