ARMStaffing is looking for a Radiologic Technologist, Mammography (Day Shift) in Edwards, Colorado.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

4 days a week, 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform breast imaging procedures, including mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, and breast ultrasound. The role includes following MQSA and ACR guidelines to ensure safe and effective imaging practices, while providing patients with a clear understanding of procedures to support their breast health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document quality control measures for imaging equipment per MQSA and ACR guidelines.
• Review and verify patient requisitions for accurate examination and demographic data.
• Educate patients about procedures before, during, and after imaging sessions.
• Perform mammography and related imaging examinations accurately.
• Coordinate breast imaging appointments to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in managing departmental workflow and inventory of medical supplies.
• Participate in educational events promoting breast health and participate in the orientation of new staff.
• Maintain CEUs as required and uphold HIPAA compliance.

Required Experience

1 year of experience in healthcare preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Mammography (M) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
