ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient (Day Shift) in Loveland, Colorado.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

40 hours per week with 2 patients seen each hour, providing 45 minutes or more of treatment for each patient. Initial evaluations and safety assessments are one hour of one-on-one care.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patients' needs and physician instructions. Your role will include delegating and directing therapy services, ensuring functional treatment programs for a successful return to community activities. Educating patients, families, coworkers, and students will be a vital part of your responsibilities. You will adhere to the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values, ensuring safety while maintaining compliance with the Code of Conduct and upholding professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and utilize clinical reasoning to create appropriate treatment plans.
• Document medical records accurately and timely, including documentation, goal writing, and charge entry.
• Provide care under signed, valid physician orders while adhering to insurance approvals.
• Participate in student programs as assigned, ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Create a professional development plan, pursue continuous education, and apply learned information.
• Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete all required continuing education.
• Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Required Experience

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification and an active license for the state of Colorado.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• CPR certification required.
