ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Hospice (Night Shift) in Rockport, Maine.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Shifts are 3-12 hours from 5 PM to 5 AM with 3 call hours from 5 AM to 8 AM. On-call shifts rotate during the week and on weekends, estimated at once per week and one weekend per month.

Job Description

The RN will provide hospice care and support, managing a caseload of 14-18 patients based on acuity. Responsibilities include post-fall follow-ups, admission assessments, and routine patient visits. RNs are expected to complete 5-6 visits per day, totaling a minimum productivity of 25 units per week.

Responsibilities

• Case management and self-scheduling of patient visits.
• Conduct post-fall follow-ups and admissions.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours needs.
• Utilize in-home infusion pumps to administer care.

Required Experience

• Must have at least 1 year of home health or hospice experience.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
