Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in a Medical/Surgical unit. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage a diverse patient population. The RN will collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans while ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in a Medical/Surgical setting preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
