Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a critical healthcare position. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed medical providers.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Schedule

This position offers a schedule from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• COVID-19 Vaccine (mandatory for onboarding).
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (mandatory for onboarding).
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap immunizations (mandatory for onboarding).
• Physical/Health Statement (mandatory for onboarding).
• Completion of a Trinity skills checklist and competency testing (mandatory for onboarding).
