Job Description

The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality patient care while utilizing their clinical expertise. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, providing education to patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health status and maintain accurate records.
• Educate patients and their families about health management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current certifications as required by position.
• Completion of mandatory health screenings and vaccinations.
