Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing patient care in a Med Surg unit, working alongside a dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills to monitor and manage patients effectively during their recovery process.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and medication administration.

Required Experience

Must possess current Registered Nurse licensure and have prior experience in a Med Surg setting.

Certifications/Licensure

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
