ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical (Night Shift) in Weatherford, Texas.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Weekend requirements may be discussed during the interview.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit will provide comprehensive care to patients, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The unit utilizes Meditech for documentation, and the nurse will be expected to work within a patient ratio that meets unit standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Document patient care information in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health management.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical unit.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Meditech experience is required.
