ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Med-surg Adult (Night Shift) in Delta, Colorado.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3 Night Shifts per week from 6 PM to 6 AM with possible on-call duties.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in a Med-surg Adult unit. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and document patient progress.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and respond to patient needs and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Required Experience

Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Specialty certification in relevant areas is also preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS required upon hire.
• ACLS and PALS required upon hire or within 6 months.
