ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical Oncology (Day Shift) in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Work 4-10 hour shifts a week, starting at 7:30 AM each day. No call and no weekends.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in this role will provide patient-centered care in a dynamic oncology clinic setting. The emphasis is on supporting patients through their treatment journey rather than administering infusions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient symptoms and responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and care options.
• Utilize the appropriate documentation systems to maintain accurate patient records.

Required Experience

• Minimum of two years of oncology nursing experience.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Colorado RN license or compact license in good standing.
• BLS (AHA Provider) certification.
• Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card.
• Proof of flu vaccine required (no exemptions).
