Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN for our Med/Surg unit specializing in the care of surgical flap patients and spinal cord injury patients requiring acute care. This role involves essential patient monitoring, care coordination, and providing quality treatment in a busy medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment.
• Conduct assessments, plan treatments, and implement care plans for up to 5 patients per shift.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Perform wound care, bowel programs, and light burn care as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience with spinal cord injury patients or surgical interventions is a plus.
