Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our critical access hospital. You will be responsible for delivering nursing care based on comprehensive assessments, effective communication, and collaboration with our integrated team. This role emphasizes the importance of patient education and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing evaluation and documentation of nursing care provided to patients.
• Function successfully within a team environment, demonstrating courteous and respectful treatment of all customers.
• Participate in problem identification and propose solutions to enhance patient care.
• Report compliance issues as designated in the organization’s compliance program.

Required Experience

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of Colorado.
• BLS certification required.

Certifications / Licensure

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are preferred but not required.
