ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Med-surg Adult (Day Shift) in Delta, Colorado.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3 shifts per week, 6AM - 6PM, possible on-call.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Med-surg Adult unit, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment. Your role will include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

Required Experience

Must be currently licensed to practice as an RN in the State of Colorado. Two years of relevant experience preferred. Specialty certification for specialty areas is preferred. BLS is required upon hire. ACLS & PALS are required upon hire or within 6 months.

Certifications/Licensure

Current RN license in the State of Colorado. BLS certification upon hire. ACLS and PALS certifications required upon hire or within 6 months.
