ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Radiology (Day Shift) in Everett, Washington.

Schedule/Shift

This position offers a 4x10-hour schedule, Monday to Thursday, with a day shift from 07:00 to 17:00. Weekend coverage and call may be required, with agency techs having the option to take call if they choose.

Job Description

The MRI department in this Level II Trauma Center conducts a wide range of examinations, with day shifts focusing on specialized studies such as Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI, while night shifts handle more routine scans like brains, spines, and abdomens. The patient population varies from ambulatory to total assist, with a more independent patient base during the day and a greater need for assistance during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform various MRI exams on patients, including specialized studies and routine imaging.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff for patient assistance as needed.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Administer contrast media as required for specific procedures.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience is required.
• Experience with neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
• ARRT-MR or ARRT-IT certification is required.
• Washington state license specific to MRI is required.
