ARMStaffing is looking for an MRI Technologist, Imaging (Day Shift) in Everett, Washington.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

This position requires working three 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday. Weekend coverage is required, and call is optional for agency technologists.

Job Description

The MRI department performs a variety of imaging exams, including specialized studies during the day such as Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI, with more routine scans like brain and spine exams during the night shift. Technologists will provide care for patients of varying acuity levels, primarily focusing on ambulatory patients during the day and more dependent patients in the evening. Familiarity with EPIC for charting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans for a wide range of patient exams and conditions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Assist with the preparation and administration of contrast media if required.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience is required.
• Experience working with neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current BLS certification is required.
• ARRT-MR or ARRT-IT certification is required (hard stop).
• Valid WA state license specific to MRI is required.
