Job Description
The Emergency Department RN will provide high-quality care to patients in a critical access hospital setting. The role requires charge experience and proficiency in handling a variety of medical emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Manage complex patient cases and critical care situations.
- Adhere to protocols and standards of care.
- Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
Required Experience
1 year of charge experience in a hospital setting is required. Previous experience in an Emergency Department is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- NRP preferred
