Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Capital Regional Medical Center, you will provide critical care to patients in emergency situations. Your role will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work in a supportive environment offering 24/7 emergency services, including a Pediatric ER and a Senior Care ER, ensuring comprehensive care for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients based on presenting conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.

Required Experience

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Previous emergency department experience preferred.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Certification in PALS is mandatory.
