This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call requirements for weekends with a 30-minute response time.

Job Description

Join the Spine and Total Joint team in a state-of-the-art facility at HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge. This unit focuses on spinal and joint procedures, featuring advanced technologies and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for a variety of surgical procedures, primarily focusing on spine fusions and total joint replacements.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Participate in maintaining and organizing surgical instruments and supplies.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 months current hospital experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Experience with large spinal fusions including ALIF, OLIF, DLIF, ACDF, and ACDR.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current CST certification from NBSTA or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
