Schedule/Shift

Shifts are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a patient ratio of 10-13 patients per shift.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for conducting evaluations, implementing treatment plans, and providing gait training, therapeutic exercises, and activities as part of patient care. The unit is equipped with various mobility aids and documentation is managed through the Meditech system. As part of a cohesive team, you will work in a positive atmosphere focused on high engagement and effective patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide gait training and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress in Meditech.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience

• Must possess a valid Florida Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous traveler experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS certification.
• Florida Physical Therapist license.
