ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Night Shift) in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift
The role requires working four 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including at least eight weekend shifts per contract and holidays as needed. Floating to other areas may be required.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will work in a General Emergency Department that serves both adult and pediatric patients, focusing on non-trauma cases. Responsibilities include blood product administration, phlebotomy, central line care/management, and care for ventilated patients. The nurse will interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs), manage continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors, and perform procedural sedation administration.
Responsibilities
- Attend to patients in a combined adult/pediatric emergency department.
- Administer blood products and manage ventilation devices like CPAP/BiPAP.
- Perform phlebotomy and start IVs on patients.
- Interpret ABGs and triage patients as needed.
- Provide continuous IV sedation and manage IV vasopressors.
- Float to other departments as required.
Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency department setting.
- Charge nurse experience is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIHHS, and PALS certification required.
- Active state nursing license must be in hand at submission.
