ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Rotating Shift) in Burlington, Vermont.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-26 week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

Rotating Day/Night shifts with a minimum of every other weekend required. Schedule may be adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department will be responsible for providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt schedule as necessary to meet the demands of patient care.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting or large, teaching facilities is required. Prior travel experience is preferred, but the facility may waive this for candidates with relevant experience.

Certifications/Licensure

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS
• NIHSS certification (required prior to start)
• TNCC certification (must be presented before start)
• CEN, ENPC, MOAB, and other de-escalation training preferred
