Job Description

The Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives within an outpatient setting. This role includes educating patients, families, students, and coworkers while ensuring that therapy services align with organizational safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in student mentorship and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Actively pursue professional development opportunities and maintain licensure requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols for patients and staff in accordance with organizational standards.

Required Experience

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• 0-1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Certifications/Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
