Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our nursing team in a dynamic healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs and ensure safety and comfort within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
