Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a lively 99-bed skilled nursing facility, Salinas Valley Post Acute, located just 28 minutes from the beautiful Monterey coastline. We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about helping patients regain independence within an energetic and collaborative rehab environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of services provided.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care goals.

Required Experience

• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.

Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in California.
