Job Description

Mission Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Case Management department to provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the RN team and providers to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the hospital's systems, including CERNER, NATE, and ENSOCARE.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Build trust and rapport with patients and their families.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in a nursing role with case management responsibilities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to shift attention between tasks and adapt to changing needs.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina or a compact state.
