Night Shift: 21:00 – 07:30, 3 × 8 hr shifts per week.

Job Description

The Medical Laboratory Technician will perform a wide variety of laboratory procedures using both manual and automated methods and is expected to exercise independent judgment concerning the performance and reporting of results. Participation in quality improvement activities of the laboratory is also expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Report results and exercise independent judgment regarding lab outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory.

Required Experience

1 year of experience in a relevant laboratory section.

Certifications/Licensure

American Society for Clinical Pathology (preferred).
