Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will provide critical care to patients in urgent medical situations. Your role will involve assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and coordinating effective treatment plans in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care in the Emergency Department.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and post-discharge care.
Required Experience
Experience working in an emergency department is preferred.
Certifications/Licensure
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee is required.
