Job Description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where you will provide critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care and support to individuals experiencing medical emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust nursing care accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care.
Required Experience
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Experience working in an Emergency Department or critical care setting.
Certifications/Licensure
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- PALS certification preferred.
