ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, MedSurg (Day Shift) in Florence, South Carolina.

3x12s, Days, 7a-7:30p. Must work every other weekend.

Job Description

The MedSurg RN will provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in a medical-surgical setting. The unit focuses on renal patients and requires the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The RN will float to other med/surg units as needed and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Implement renal care protocols and manage devices, such as feeding tubes.
• Adhere to isolation precautions and maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg nursing experience.
• Experience working with renal patients is preferred.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Certifications/Licensure

• Active South Carolina RN License or Compact license required prior to start.
• BLS certification necessary.
