ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, MedSurg Telemetry (Night Shift) in Charleston, West Virginia.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3x12 hour night shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a 32-bed unit specializing in medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac, vascular, surgical, and pulmonary care. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Cerner.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Manage patient float assignments as necessary.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a MedSurg or Telemetry specialty.
• Previous charge experience preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current West Virginia or Compact RN License required (pending licenses accepted).
• BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.
