7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating weekends.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit will work in a 18-bed facility, providing care to adult and geriatric patients. The nurse will utilize the Meditech electronic health record system and will be part of a team focused on delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, adhering to patient care protocols.
• Document patient information using Meditech EHR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the medical team.

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.

Certifications/Licensure

Current BLS certification required.
