Weekly guaranteed hours: 36. Shift: 07:00 - 19:00. Rotating weekends required.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide patient care on the Medical-Surgical unit, which includes adult and geriatric patients. The unit consists of 18 beds, and the nurse will be working within a team-focused environment. The electronic health record system used is Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.

Required Experience

2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting is required.

Certifications/Licensure

Current BLS certification is required.
