ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Day Shift) in White Plains, New York.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call required one full weekend per month plus one additional day a week.

Job Description

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab within an acute care setting. The RN will work closely with cardiology teams to provide care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Familiarity with TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) and structural heart experience is essential. The role includes using the EPIC charting system for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and interactions accurately using EPIC.

Required Experience

Experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures, specifically with TAVR and structural heart cases is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in New York.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association.
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
