Job Description

Join the team at Swain Community Hospital, a 48-bed critical access hospital serving the westernmost counties of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will work in both acute and outpatient settings, focusing on pediatric and pelvic rehabilitation. You will be part of a dedicated team providing quality care with a longstanding reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric and pelvic rehabilitation patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize documentation systems including Redoc for outpatient services and Paragon for acute care.
• Support patient rehabilitation through targeted therapeutic interventions.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess experience in pediatric and pelvic rehabilitation settings. A focus on ortho and neuro rehabilitation is preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

A valid Physical Therapist license is required. No additional certifications are specified.
