ARMStaffing is looking for a Physical Therapist, Outpatient Rehabilitation (Day Shift) in Spruce Pine, North Carolina.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

The shift is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position includes a rotation every 5th weekend, where only priority patients are seen on Saturday for an average of 2-3 hours. No Sunday visits are required.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist (PT) will work in both outpatient and acute care settings, providing rehabilitation services to patients. The PT will be responsible for conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs. The work will be supported by a diverse interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, manual therapy, vestibular rehab, and balance training.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care using the EMR system.

Required Experience

• Experience in outpatient and acute care settings is mandatory.

Certifications/Licensure

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
