ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical (Night Shift) in Jefferson City, Tennessee.

Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in a medical-surgical unit with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. The unit has 34 beds, and the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6 to 1:7. Candidates will utilize the Cerner EMR system for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care and progress using Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a medical-surgical or tele unit.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
• Tennessee nursing license is required.
