ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Emergency Department (Day Shift) in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Schedule/Shift

Shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Job Description

The Emergency Department at Doctors Regional consists of 12 beds staffed by a dedicated team of RNs, ER Techs, and Unit Secretaries. The department emphasizes a high-energy and fast-paced environment, with critical procedures such as STEMI and Stroke/TPA as part of its routine. Candidates will utilize an EMR system for documentation, and strong skills in Neuro and Cardiac care are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Administer emergency medical treatments and conduct assessments.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and effective outcomes.
• Document patient care using the EMR system.
• Engage in critical care procedures including STEMI, Stroke/TPA, and RSI.

Required Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• ENPC or PALS Certification.
• CPI and TNCC certifications preferred.
