Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The RN will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in the ICU.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
Required Experience
Previous experience working in an ICU setting is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of critical care practices and procedures.
Certifications/Licensure
A valid Registered Nurse license in Texas is required. BLS and ACLS certifications are also preferred for this position.
