Schedule/Shift

This position is a 40-hour role consisting of four 10-hour shifts, including days, evenings, and occasional weekends; no holidays or night shifts required.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of Diagnostic Imaging, where you will provide care for patients undergoing various imaging procedures, including CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds. We value good communication skills and critical thinking, making your contributions vital to ensuring exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with imaging technologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry data as needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their families.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of Diagnostic Imaging experience.
• Telemetry experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• Current RN license in New York.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
