Day Shift: 06:00 - 14:30, 40 hours per week, weekend coverage every other week.

Job Description

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing laboratory testing in various disciplines including hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis. You will work within a state-of-the-art facility that supports a range of specialty care services including heart and vascular, cancer care, brain and spine, and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis.
• Accurately input and analyze lab results using EHR systems, specifically Cerner.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot as necessary.

Required Experience

• Experience in hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis.
• Phlebotomy experience is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• ASCP certification or equivalent is required.
