Job Description

The Vascular Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assess vascular conditions. This role requires expertise in vascular imaging and familiarity with various procedures related to vascular sonography. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies, including but not limited to venous and arterial assessments.
• Document and report findings accurately using the EPIC charting system.
• Maintain equipment and ensure that all procedures adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff meetings.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in vascular sonography.
• 1 year of experience with the EPIC charting system is required.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS certification is required.
• National certification in vascular sonography is required.
