Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience to join our team at a 50-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will provide specialized care to adults recovering from conditions such as stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic injuries.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with high acuity needs.
- Assist Certified Nursing Assistants and respond to patient call lights to ensure safety and comfort.
- Utilize mobility equipment and document care using Epic EHR.
Required Experience
At least 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or other 24/7 skilled care environment is required. Med-Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
Certifications / Licensure
Current BLS certification is required.
